Menu plan week of Jan 18 2010
I'm a lot late today in posting at orgjunkie . I usually like to poke around there first to see if I want to make any last minute changes to my menu. There are such great ideas over there!
Sunday-Pizza noodle casserole & green salad
Monday-It's Wyatt's birthday today so we are making what he wants:
Hot Dogs, chips, fresh fruit for the kids & chicken nachos for Troy and I
Tuesday-Beef Stroganoff & steamed broccoli
Wednesday- Mac & Cheese & applesauce
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- BBQ Beef sandwiches, green salad & oven roasted potatoes
Saturday-honey-hoisin-chicken with rice & garlic beans
